Fatal error

Hello everyone

I saw two ''Blue Screens'' in my HP Pavilion Ze4800 and I am a little bit dazed and confused about it.

Eventvwr.msc has showed me this error log : 0x100000d1 (0x00000400, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf7386a29)

I will appreciate your replies.

What OS are you using?

If using Windows 7 or Vista, use these directions: http://www.jcgriff2.com/BSODpostinstructions.html

Zip up the output folder, and upload it to Rapidshare.

If using XP:

Download SysInternals AutoRuns from Microsoft TechNet - save to My Documents - http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

Run this file collection app - http://jcgriff2.com/BSOD_XP_v1.3_jcgriff2_PROD_.exe

Output = TSF_XP_Support - My Documents directory.

Please zip up the whole folder and upload it to Rapidshare.

I'm using XP with Service Pack 3,I think I know now why I see these blue screens.It's because RAM memory,I read on some forums that fatal error can be caused by this.

RAM is a big cause, but certainly not the only cause of this error.

Because you mentioned it though, you might as well confirm or deny it.
