Faulting application svchost.exe

This error occurs after I start a Microsoft Product. Word, Outlook, Excel. Sometimes it takes a while. It happens with a frequency of about once per day. "Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000." I have attatched my hijackthis log file. Any help would be great!

no log found. Instead --- find the error.log in the Event Viewer, click Applications
and find the entry for Excel. Copy/Paste into your follow-up
