Inactive FBI Ransomware

Hello,
I have a work computer (running windows 7) that my son was using and now it has the FBI warning malware. This version does not allow running in any safe mode including "with command prompt." I downloaded the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-Bit and followed the intial instructions on other threads to help speed things along but the only log in options are toshiba and admin log in. The problem is that I don't have admin password. Is the computer still able to be cleaned without it?

Thanks for the welcome and the help. To answer your question, I am not the administrator, it is a company computer, I have tried my user log in but it won't let me in.

If it's a company computer it's not your property.
If you acquire permission to work on it including the password I can surely help you.
