Firefox and Malwarebytes

Every time I open Firefox I get a pop up from Malwarebytes that it has blocked a website swagbucks.
I have never been to this site and am not trying to open it.
Could this be a virus? I attached a screen shot

NORMALLY - - such warnings only occur if (1) there is an attempt to access a site and (2) our av software has been forearmed to disallow that specific site.

I would conclude that there is something in FF making that attempt. Try opening IE or Chrome - - do you get the same result?

No only when I open Firefox. It's weird because I have never visited this site before

OK then, FF is contaminated. Disable ALL plugins and extensions, quit FF and relaunch - - status?

DELETE THEM ALL, and ONLY use one associated with your antivirus (if any).
