(I have an HD monitor) Since prices of components Skylake
They are skyrocketing and I want my budget covers all possible components,
that's why they look for something balanced without OC or SLI. I am seriously considering
Option 2, do not rule option 1, bros ... do you recommend?

PC#1; Asus H170 ProGaming, i5 6500 3.2GHz, Kingstone 8GBx1 DDR4 2400MHz, Asus GTX950 2GB, EVGA 600W 80+, Kingstone SSD 120GB, Seagate 1TB y Case DeepCool P3, (for extras not have enough money.)
PC#2; Gigabyte H97, i5 4460, 8GBx2 DDR3 1866MHz, GTX950 2GB, SSD 120GB, HHD 2TB, EVGA 500W 80+, Case DeepCool P3, UPS, host' Wifi, Sint.TV, BT, Reader Card,
