This is why I only use AI to ask certain questions. I even avoid asking AI medical questions because everything that is said or asked is monitored and saved. Avoid giving AI any personal information as possible it could be used against you at some point in the future.

IMO, its even simpler than that. Just say NO to AI and don't use it for anything.
