Followed 8 steps removal

My laptop was geting slower and slower by the day though i had just reinstalled windows and virus protection etc. Then i noticed that i had in task manager 10+ iexplorer opened using up all my ram, so i followed the 8 steps to remove whatever was causing it and now my lappy runs smooth again, but i thought id post the logs also just in case.

I count 15 infestations... some repeated.
I would run SuperAntispyware and MalwareBytes again.
Then immediately reboot, and run MalwareBytes again in SAFE MODe to see if there are any residual infestations.
I would also want to run Avira Antivir or Avast, again after the above scans.
