    I looked at Powermat back before I got a Nexus 4 with QI wireless charging built in, then a Nexus 5 with it built in, and now a Sony with a slim Sony case that has it built in. When I looked at Powermat they were big bulky unattractive cases that you had to use. With QI already found in many major handsets I don't see how Powermat can compete. Especially with the backing QI has from the companies in the Wireless Power Consortium. Interesting to see where they go from here with Heins in charge, it might be best to jump in to the Wireless Power Consortium and work with them rather than against them.
