Found newer RealTek LAN drivers covering new & old LAN chips

I was looking for an updated driver for my RealTek LAN for my older Gigabyte mobo.

I found that there is a newer driver on the RealTek site that covers newer chips as well as the older ones.
It also has other drivers & utilities relating to LAN.

The most recent driver is 10.031 dated 02Jan2019
