FRx Run-Time error -2147220502

Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem when trying to pull reports from Great Plains using FRx.

I am getting the following error:

FRx Reporting Engine.
Run-Time error '-2147220502 (800403ea)':

Fatal Error: Language database is an incorrect version
Language database version -8069
Executable version required -5014

any ideas on how to fix this?

Google search using search string 'FRx RunTime error -2147220502':

1) Go to run
2) Type regedit
Be sure to backup registry before adding permissions
To backup Registry got to File
Click on Export
Export to a location for you to save
3) Right click on HKEY-CLASSES-ROOT
4) Click on Permissions
5) Click on Advance Button
6) Click on Add Button
Add the User Login Name and give them full rights
7) Click on OK
8) Check the box by Replace permission entries on all child objects with
entries shown here that apply to child objects
9) Click on Apply and you should be all set
