When I try to watch movies on you-tube or hulu full screen mode keeps closing ..after just a few seconds I have reset to high performance..but that doesn't help...I use a hp 2000 model# 20002c34nr...it runs with windows 8.1 internet explorer 11 my screen behind the window keeps flashing also it won't let me finish typing what I want in the search ....hope you can help...thaks

It appears that laptop has an AMD graphics chipset. Go here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

Download and install whatever video driver it picks out for you.
