Games lagging on a gaming laptop

I have hp pavilion ab035ax whose specs are:-
Amd a-8 -7410
8 gb ram
Radeon r7 m360 graphic card(2 gb)
And 1 tb hdd

I have tried everything to fix this ( enabled high performance, updated graphic drivers..) but none seem to work..
I tried to play nfs mw(2012) and grid autosport but both lag very much..

Is my hardware weak or any other issue????

Is this gaming laptop new? Or has it been functioning perfectly fine until recently?

I'm not as up to speed on GPU tech as the rest of the posters on here these days, but I thought the R7 M360 is a fairly low-end mobile GPU and may struggle with higher framerates and resolutions when gaming.
