Getting rid of pc-antispyware and related problems

FIrst time post to Techspot. I want to get rid of pc-antispyware and related problem popups etc. I've run the maladware software (log attached). I was not able to run combofix, I get an error message about not renaming as combofix[1] when I try to install combofix. Help with how to proceed will be appreciated.
