Gift card question

Please answer this if you can, If I send a person a $50.00 gift card & they ONLY have an iphone, how do they cash it to get the $50.00 in their hands???

If you send a person a $50.00 gift card and they only have an iPhone, they can redeem the gift card by adding it to their Apple Wallet. To do this, they need to open the Wallet app on their iPhone, tap the "+" button, and scan the gift card code. Once the gift card is added to their Wallet, they can use it to make purchases at any retailer that accepts the gift card. Alternatively, they can also use the gift card code to redeem the gift card online or in-store.
