Inactive Google redirect, BSOD prevents normal startup of windows

I made one a while back from the iso (i have a legitimate serial). However when i try to reformat, it says the data from the old version of windows will be kept in a folder on my desktop. I'm concerned that that will leave traces of the virus.

Is there any way I can do a complete wipe of my hard drive? it might also have impacted the other drives, other than the one I installed my OS on, right?
