Google Redirect issue

Greetings! New here and thanks for reading. I am one of the victims that google redirects me to certain website such as something.momma and search2.search etc.

I don't know how this happen cause I have avast so it slipped through and I hope you folks can tell me a program that can prevent this from coming back after we "hopefully" solve this.

I am running Vista 32 bit.

Download and Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• Then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Sorry for the long wait.

I downloaded,updated, and ran that scan and it found no problems. :/
