    Just integrate the actual Google Voice system with this setup, and you'd be getting somewhere. I always liked the promise of Google Voice, but the execution came up a bit short when compared to competitive products like Skype and such.

    From an enterprise use, being able to integrate e-mail, contacts, voice calls, video conference, etc all in one place is amazing integration. Cisco only wishes they could have that kind of communication all in one place.
