I see that there are some other threads on this problem, but I am brand new to any attempt at removing a virus, so I wanted to be incredibly cautious about following directions given to other users. I hope I'm not causing problems by posting a question that has already been asked.
Essentially, as other people have posted, when I do Google searches, I'm getting directed to a site different from the link. It has been happening for maybe a week or two and is definitely getting worse - this is happening to more and more links each day.
I followed the advice on another user's post to run Hijack This and create a log, which I've attached.
As I mentioned, I'm new to this - I have zero experience in this area, so hopefully I'm not too clueless to follow whatever instructions are provided. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
