Google Search results redirected

Hi,

When I click on search results returned by google it will "jump" me to a different webpage to that of the link for example Brittania Search has been a common site I will be redirected to.

I am new to all of this and would love if someone could give me some advice or instructions on how to fix this problem.

Run HJT Scan only select and Fix the below

O4 - Global Startup: icwsetup.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"

Run both MBAM and SAS again to confirm they find no more and that we have a clean log!
SAS only had tracking cookies but they should be cleaned!

Then only after the above...

Download ComboFix

Get it here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5587-combofix.html
Or here: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe

Double click combofix.exe follow the prompts.

Install Recovery Console if connected to the Internet!

When finished, it will open a log.
Attach the log and a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall.

Run HJT Scan only select and Fix the below
O4 - Global Startup: icwsetup.exe

Then rename ComboFix to 1cfix and run 1 cfix, post its log and a new HJT log.
