I have just manually run the Patch Tuesday Microsoft Updates, for both my desktop pc and laptop, XP Pro SP3 & XP HE SP3, respectively. As Techspot alerted last week, got a cascade of updates, all installed fine, no problems, however, upon re-booting and re-starting Firefox, both Google Toolbars for Firefox disappeared on both machines, and won't re-install. I've tried 2 different versions of the Toolbars, 5 & 6 from Filehippo but to no avail. NOTE: Google Toolbars for IE8, both are intact still.
This isn't a mega-problem but nonetheless, inconvenient, any suggestions or ideas please good folk of Techspot ?
