Well, this particular grandma was definitely not baking cookies .. because she was illegally jailed for over 100 days due to an inept (corrupt, even?) LEO and broken ND justice system, despite clear and incontrovertible proof of her innocence.

The statistics suggest that crimes tend to stay within their racial group. You're far more likely to be accosted by one of your own than not.

Just another example in this day and age of AI facial recognition law enforcement, if the computer says you are guilty, then you are automatically assumed to be guilty and must prove your innocence! This is not how our legal system is supposed to work this is not how it's written and this is not Justice! This is why we say: No to the surveillance state! The burden of proof is supposed to be on law enforcement and the courts not the accused.
We have no sovereignty if we don't enforce our borders.

Yes. We need to protect the country against people that are in it legally and have not committed any crimes. Such people should be summarily deported and if they are not deported, they should be executed because of "White Replacement Theory."

In other words, in the scale of millions deported over the past five years, only several hundred at most have been erroneous. That's less than 1 in 500 removals being erroneous. Official GAO figures are closer to 1 in 20,000 by the way

The problem is that police people think they do not have to abide by the law when they deal with the public’s. There badge gives them immunity to violating laws and then they get prideful when challenged about thieir actions or procedures. Then they make up lies and accuses why they violated the law themselves because they seem to think they are above it and no one has the right to challenge their authority.
Even before facial recognition (which, note to both cops and public is NOT highly reliable... good enough to exclude or include someone as a suspect and no more than that), there's been a problem... especoially in the south... (although in this case in Fargo)... of departments 'building a case' against someone.
Doing it the right way you collect info to figure out if someone committed a crime OR NOT and IF they did to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they did it.
Do it the wrong way and you start out assuming they did it, ignore or discard evidence indicating they didn't or couldn't have, pick and choose fragments of information saying possibly they did and just build a story around it saying they did while ignoring contradictory information you've found.
Shame on detective Heck, shame on any other detectives at Fargo PD for not looking at this and being dubious, shame on Fargo PD, and shame on their district attorneys etc. for letting a case with this poor of evidence proceed to an arrest to begin with. Shame.
