Based on the quantity found and severity of what was found! I doubt it!

Run HJT scan only select and remove the below
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C8CD0946-EEED-427D-9343-3FBD192A048A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\driverh.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

Update Run and attach SAS log!

Update and run MBAM again attach new log. This is to find what it did not finish the first run as the first run exposed more that was not even seen on the first run.
