Had to run recovery disc

I had something that no tech could help remove. I could not open any malware files, hijack this or anyother protection files. I finaly got open supperantispyware and ran it but it only found tracking cookies. I ran the recovery disck after backing up my files. I did the back up as recomended by the back up disc. I maybe should have done the destructive reinstall of the OS. I started to put my files back in place and I got a blue screen that said that my computer was infected. I installed Malwarebytes and ccleaner ran the cleaner then Malware, it found 11 trojans. I then installed Avria virus protection and I keep getting torjan found and one said it was C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\Windows\system32\drivers\AGP440.SYS.vir and another was DR/PSW.cain.284.57 plus severl more. I am loading programs for the net like firfox, and yahoojukebox ect. But nothing that would bring this up. Can there be some left over torjan or virus that is still infecting my computer? I also loaded Hijack this and here is the log.

When backing up data and then re-installing windows, you should choose the Destructive restore which will reformat the drive & then install windows, thus wiping out all viruses (except for the ones you backed up to an external drive).

A boot partition virus may not be wiped out even using the Destructive restore - Hopefully the destructive restore removes & re-creates the partition before formatting.

When Windows loads up to your desktop, install anti-virus before restoring your old data files (docs, pictures, music, email, etc...)

Did that message come up when you plugged in a USB drive to restore your old data?
You should set explorer to Show hidden & system files and verify if there's an Autorun.inf on the backup drive. You should be able to view the contents of Autorun.inf in Wordpad or Notepad. The .inf file may have executed a virus when the drive was plugged in. Report the contents of the Autorun.inf if it exists.
