I have been on every guide, and well I am a fairly lazy person that does not like to read. You do NOT need to change ownership of the windows.old file to delete it. Here is how:
- Drag the folder to desktop.(this may take awhile, and you may need to restart if it freezes)
- After restarting the folder should still have been moved to desktop
- Simply drag it to the recycling bin.
