HD 3850x2 error codes

hi guys I'm wondering if anyone would happen to know what the led codes for this card are I get one flash on the top led then 2 quick flashes on the bottom then the bottom stays lit, I get no signal from the card. I have emailed asus with no reply

The codes must be in the installation manual.

you would think but ive had the card almost 5 years Haha God knows where it is if someone else had one they could tell me just a case od finding someone who does
