HD 4870 question

Hi I was just wandering if anyone knew how big a 4870 is, i have a antec sonata 3 case and a 500 watt psu with 2 24 amp rails and was wondering if it would fit into my case, i have been told that my case is not big enough for a 8800 gtx if this helps also was wondering if my psu is good enough?

From what I noticed from searching it should fit. A 4870 is close as an 8800GTX, but from the look of the case, I'd say could fit a GTX. But yeah, go for the 4870, I'm sure it will fit, especially because of the oreintation of the Hard Drive bays.

The Antec Sonata case is a good mid-tower, well-made case. The card will fit

cheers mates, well anyway i decided to stick with my 3870 until i actually need the upgrade, but really thanks heaps for the help
