Headset doesn't show up in BIOS, realtek audio drivers won't show up in device manager

Hi, neither my front panel connector audio ports nor my IO shield audio ports recognize when stuff is plugged-in. When I try to install realtek audio drivers, I have no idea if it worked because it doesn't show up in device manager.

However, when I plug in my headset through a USB it works fine and shows up in device manager/bios.
