Help Code 10

Hey there, I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but I will give it a whirl. I reformatted my harddrive because it constantly crashed after it booted up. Everything went well until I tried to go online. After checking device manager I noticed that I now have several devices listed in "other devices" that all have a large, yellow question mark in front of them with the error message "code 10 device won't start". I have tried several things such as: reformatting again, uninstalling/reinstalling, drivers from the manufacturer etc, all with no avail. If anybody can help me walk thru this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Window XP
intel 865gbf motherboard, onboard network adapter

Other devices with issues:
Ethernet controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
SM Bus Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Make some Desktop folders - Chipset, Sound, LAN, etc - then download the drivers to the applicable folder.

Start installing with the chipset first.

I have tried doing that but I need to resolve the problem of the code 10 error first because it doesn't allow the drivers to load. Any ideas?
