Help! Stop 0x0000007E

I got an error screen after I restarted my computer after a microsoft update. It reads:

Stop: 0x0000007E (0x80000003, 0x805C49B8, 0xBACC32B4, 0xBACC2FB0)

I have no idea what to do. I can't load in safe mode. Please help me

It's windows xp basic with sp3
