Inactive Help with 213.163.89.106:80 redirect block with Nod32

Hello Everyone,

I attached my usb to the computer a few days ago, after using it at work only a few hours before. This is where all my troubles began with many simple attacks on my system.Since this time I have kept all scan results of any relevance ( blocked or reported) attacks.
