Help with correct video/graphic card

Have a Compaq Presario SR1011NX. video/graphic built-in card is going out. What card should I get to override it?

I think you could go with a 1050 or RX 560(If you like AMD which I do) and make it a ton faster. But nothing higher. You might wanna look at upgrading the CPU if there even is an upgrade path.

Your pc sounds extremely old. check your motherboard and see what type of video card slot you have (agp, pci, pcie) so we can make a proper suggestion for you.
