Help with PC upgrade recommendation for Forza 6

I have a 1070ti and no ssd for install. What should I buy to play, not too expensive as I will be changing pc in 1 year. Oh and 32 gb ram and I am thinking to buy a ssd 2tb and leave the card but play on low settings??

It seems like it should work at medium settings, 60fps, 1920x1080, 16 GB RAM(?)

My vid card has 8gb. But what makes more sense to upgrade? Did I think correct?

System memory (RAM), not memory on the video card (VRAM).
Try playing your game first. It's hard to give advice because prices can change. You could buy a new monitor.

32 ram, 8 vram. The games crashes every 30 mins on low settings...sheesh, sorry if I am not clear.

If all games crash, then the problem is with the hardware (you can check for overheating, for example). If it's just this specific game, I don't know what's wrong.
To record logs, you can use MSI Afterburner or something similar.

Thanks - its only that game for some reason... I will try you advice, might be time for a new pc, just waiting for prices to come down a bit.
