Help with reading HJT log file

Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone can help me with reading my Hijackthis log file which is attached this message. Somehow I got a trojan horse that causes that I can't open certain web sites like facebook etc.

Hope that somebody can help me with this annoying problem.
