Help with sagipsul.com/url.adtrgt.com popup

2 antivirus programs !?

Hi :

The One thing that caught my eye was it appears you may have BOTH Avast and
AVG on your computer, since I saw Entries for both in your HijackThis Log; One should be completely removed and since most of the antivirus Entries were for
AVG ( which I would NOT choose, prefering Avast ) , most likely you should run
the Avast Uninstall Utility, available at www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html .
