Help with viruses

My computer has been REALLY slow lately, i KNOW it has some viruses in it. Some are detected but i can't heal them. PLEASE HELP!!

Nothing can be done to help you until you run these programs as instructed, then post your logs. It would be best if you did this in the Security Forum. Include your system specs. Understand that a slow computer can also be caused by too many programs on the Startup menu.
