Help with win32/heur and other infections

AVG found a bunch of infections today, including Win32/Heur. I ran some scans/cleans before I found this forum but none seemed to resolve everything.

I performed all of the required 8 steps, except that SuperAntiSpyware crashes for me and restarts my computer every time.

The attachment manager is not working for me, so I tried to just paste the log files here, but unfortunately the system seems to think that I'm posting links, and since this is my first post, it doesn't allow me to post links. I will try to update this post from a different browser, to see if the attachment manager will work. Otherwise, can someone suggest a workaround?
