I am wondering if anyone knows a helpdesk software that gives users ability to submit and check their helpdesk ticket status through their mobile smart phone or tablet?
The software I found so far only have mobile apps for techs, but not users.
Yes, that would be the norm. However, our field people uses ipads and mobile phones. Im trying to think what's the easiest way for them access helpdesk instead of sending an email, which usually makes a mess at times. Web url submission would be ideal, but due to the size of the screen, half of the people wouldn't bother typing in the information from their ipad or mobile phone.
