Inactive High HDD activity,browser hang allthe time

I have a sony laptop , I observed that there is heavy hdd activity .I suspect there is rootkit installed.

currently running DDS.scr to get a report .
I used to run gmer.exe perfectly.
I did some deletions .

but now it gives BSOD if I scan, gmer screenshot shows one nt device ,probably from pandaAV spyware. help me to eliminate other rootkits
