These are my logs after following instructions to remove malware/spyware on my PC.

So you didn't provide the other two logs (logs being plural of log)
And you have SP1 ?

Here's the best idea (seeming many tools require SP2 Minimum)
Backup all user data to external media
Install Windows clean (ie remove partition during install)
Then re-load all your computer's drivers
And do all Windows security updates (ie SP2 then SP3, then all the latest updates)
Then install a free Antivirus and update it
Then return your user data

That's the best advice for you
