I recently contracted a rather nasty virus from a friend's usb drive, which had an autorun and a false services.exe. Here's my HJT logfile. Any help?

HJT analysis with tools courtesy of Castlecops had no info for what I consider suspicious.

Go deeper & follow Malware Removal procedures. You appear to be light on protections against malware.

Is this the full log? if so you need to beef up security.
Your version of HJT is outdated. Install the latest version.
Install these softwares run updates then do scans.

These need to be removed
