How can I document IT technical workflows visually?

I've very complicated technical IT workflows (data workflow using Automate/syncbackpro/ffastrans/syncovery/etc..) and I need to document it in a visual way to ease fast troubleshooting. Or to let new comers to get fast insights on the system.
Any tool that can help in that? or is it even a good idea to make fast troubleshooting diagrams?
Could you share some ideas or templates

Lots use a product like Visio. Or you could even use a mix of Visio and Power Automate. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/visio-flows
