How can I restore the structure of my Outlook mail?

Good day. I'm not a system administrator but the user. Leaving the company in which I worked for 13 years, I took away from my computer file Outlook.ost. File this weighs 7Gb. Mails collected much. How can I restore the structure of my mail on my home computer? (Microsoft Outlook 2007 set, but without an account). Of course I don't know domains, passwords to my former account our administrators were engaged in all this. To receive and send mail naturally I don't gather any more, just need to lift some of the old conversations, old cases and personal address book.
