Inactive How do I remove trogan horse back door generic 12.bsby

my ie has been slow lately and today i believe i have figured out why. when i opened my ie i received a threat found msg from avg. it was a trogan horse back door and the location is ieplore.exe i tried removing it using avg but it says it's in accesible. i would appreciate any help or advice. thanks in advance...nunya!
