How to disable or uninstall OneDrive on Windows 10

I guess after reading some of the comments, I'll leave it alone.

the problem is that OneDrive is not just a simple default app. It handles syncing of various other features and other jobs. Microsoft engineers depend on it being enabled, hence why they made it stupid crazy hard to remove. I happen to agree with your sentiment but windows 10 does not. Like I said. You are setting yourself and your readers for headaches down the road. If you PC can’t handle a that simple process running either upgrade your PC or don't run windows 10.

I always right click the icon in notifications and open settings. You can change the option in settings that loads OneDrive at boot. After that I right click the icon again and close OneDrive. I know that doesn't remove the app from Windows, but it keeps OneDrive from loading to memory, unless you manually start the app.
