How to find out Windows login password

I have not put a password on my login page as far as i can remember and i have had a virus which will not let me into my login, but when doing control alt delete it brings up a log onto windows page which im trying to do but do not have passwords associated with my log ons so was wondering is there a bypass password that would let me in to the system via admin i have tried various ones but to no avail, im no comp person just willing to try anything to get my prob sorted flipping trojans and virus's i hate them .thanks mal

whilst techspot does not actively condone the bypassing of windows passwords, i can tell you that there are sources and information if you do a google on the subject of it.

did you try booting Safe Mode (F8) ?
