How to get Popcorn Time on Android box

Hi, I'm trying to download pocorn time on to my Xiaomi android box.
I've seen a message on here that the download on Techspot doesn't work and this
is what I'm finding.
Can anyone advise me how to get this app onto my box please?

I just checked and the APK Android download for Popcorn Time works fine.
I'll leave this direct URL here temporarily in case this works better if you're downloading from the box: https://files02.tchspt.com/down/popcorn-time-2.8.0.apk

Make sure you allow APK downloads/installs from external sources on your box.

Its download but then its not working it said (Request forbidden by administrative rules.)

Is it possible a firewall or your ISP is blocking the download?
