hey everyone...im a new member but
i wanted to ask u guys that i have a virus on my computer and i have ran spybot...bit defender and avg on it ...the problem is that when these protection programs find the virus ..the comp shuts down...for instance ...i have ran many scan of bit defender and after half an hour or so of scanning the comp shuts down....now i dont know if this is becuase of the virus or something else...and i cnt get rid of this virus....any suggestions??? run on safe mode and try? or is there something else ?
