As the title say I want to know how. The problem is I live in a small town and my internet provider is called frontier. I already did research on how to and I know about QoS but I couldn't find any video or thread with my router internet provider. The page looks like this I want to ask you if any of you know to limit the speed to a device and what these things mean. If I can limit it to a device.
I know the ip address and mac address of the device I want to limit but the problem is my routers settings in QoS don't look like any others in the videos I've seen.
