How to recover data from MBR damaged external HDD

Hi Guys, I've been stuck with this problem for a while and I'm seeking help here.
I have a 4Tb external HDD that has a damaged MBR and I need to recover my data in the same folder structure as it is important.
windows explorer can still see the letter of the damaged drive but obviously can't open it, and if I try to open it it says "J is not accessible, the parameter is incorrect".
I tried HDD re-generator and it didn't work.
Anyone encountered or knows a potential solution to extract my data to another HDD?

I have used AOMEI partition utility standard to rebuild the MBR. I believe I have done that 4 times, 3 with success and one didn't. Drive too far gone. Search for AOMEI and download free. Good luck!
