How to remove iamfamous.dll

my system is affected by iamfamous.dll. I have run hijackthis.exe and save the log file. I am attaching the log . I need verify which are files needs a fix.

Please do help. Its very urgent.

iamfamous.dll:

1. Takes over your internet browsers
2. logs your keystrokes
3. redirects you to ads (money for the criminals)
4. hogs computer resources big time (extreme slowdown)

HijackThis alone is not sufficient to find and remove the malware. Please follow the Steps here:

After you have run Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware, rerun HijackThis. Attach all three logs.

In the meantime, suggest you change all passwords to secure sites.
